As a guide (but not limited to), visiting times are from 11h00-13h00, 16h00-20h00. There are no restricted visiting times on weekends up until 20h00 at any Nurture Healthcare facility. There will be no restriction on visitation and the times thereof for palliative patients and end-of-life patients.

There is no age restriction for visitors. All ages are welcome to visit their loved ones. Isolation is to be considered based on the risk of transmission.

Our kitchens cater to all dietary requirements, and we ask that you inform us upon admission to ensure we provide you with the best possible meals tailored to your specific needs. Our catering team includes a dietician who ensures that all meals meet your satisfaction.

Therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs and will be determined during your initial assessment. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates to design a programme that aligns with your goals and ensures the best possible outcomes.

Before your admission, our case managers obtain initial authorisation from the medical aid and/or funders, which may specify exclusions. If there are any exclusions, our team takes the responsibility to inform you. We are committed to providing regular updates to all our medical aids and/or funders on your progress and funding needs, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Your treating team will assess and determine the anticipated length of your stay within the first three days of your admission. A family meeting will be arranged to discuss your rehabilitation programme, the expected length of stay, and to ensure your comfort with the plan. During this meeting, we will also explain the goals we aim to achieve. The plan is subject to weekly review during the progress team meeting, as progress may sometimes exceed expectations, or additional time may be required.
