“the theory and practice of perspective”
  2. a particular attitude towards or way of regarding something; a point of view.
“most guidebook history is written from the editor’s perspective”

Activity and Journal prompts:

Sit by a window with a view – any view will work

Look out – what do you See? Hear? Smell? Taste? Feel?

On a blank piece of paper, draw what you see when looking out of the window – no artistic skills required, just draw what you see… even if it is only one thing, take your time don’t rush add the details (use at least 10min)

Look out again, has your view changed since you started drawing?

How does your view from your window change throughout the day? Morning? Midday? Evening?

What influences these transformations?

Does these also influence you? In what way?

Reflect on your perspective on 2020 … what is your perspective currently?

Has it changed since January? In what way?

In what way have you changed or adapted your perspective on life throughout your existence?

What impacted your perspective? Does it still impact you? Positively? Negatively?

How can you influence your own perspective on life moving forward?
