THERAPY ADMIN SUPPORT AT NURTURE HILLANDALE – BLOEMFONTEIN

Our group practice at Nurture Hillandale facility in Bloemfontein is looking for a Therapy Admin Support to join their team.

Minimum Salary: R11 130.00 CTC

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

  • Grade 12 minimum requirement.
  • 3 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential.
  • Valid Driver’s License, PDP advantageous.
  • Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Good inter-personal skills and communication skills.
  • Patient handling skills, such as transfers.
  • Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements.
  • Willingness to assist in other admin areas in the facility when required.
  • Problem solving skills, analysis & sound decision-making.
  • Safety and Quality with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements for a rehabilitation setting.
  • Initiative-taking.
  • Flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
