The Nurture Health Group requires a Case Manager who will be based at our Newlands Hospital in Cape Town reporting to the Facility Manager.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants’ CVs will be evaluated against the following criteria:
- Must be registered with SANC
- At least 3 years’ case management/case management support experience in a Hospital or Medical Practice environment.
- Exposure to Physical Rehabilitation Case Management will be advantageous.
- Application of clinical knowledge in the risk management of patients in terms of length of stay and level of care is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of all funders
- Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
- Proficient in current coding structures in the SA Health Care Environment.
- Knowledge of therapeutic and special care patient needs environments
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
Candidates with previous working experience in a physical-rehabilitation setting, will be preferred.
