The Nurture Health Group requires an Admin Support who will be based at our Nurture Aurora centre in Gqeberha reporting to the Unit Manager.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- Grade 12.
- Qualification, or proof of studying toward, an Office Administration qualification.
- Computer literate with strong administration and organisational skills.
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel (SUM / AVERAGE / MIN / MAX / Sorting data etc).
- Experience in facilitating conflict resolution with customers.
- Experience in managed health care and the healthcare sector.
- Experience in a healthcare / Doctor’s practice with claims submissions, billing codes, and general administrative duties to the group practice/Doctor.
